To report content on Fishrift that you believe is illegal or breaks our Terms of Service, email legal@fishrift.com with:
the link or exact location of the content
why you believe it is illegal or not allowed
your name and email address (optional for reports of child sexual abuse material)
a statement that you believe in good faith that the report is accurate and complete
We confirm receipt and tell you what we decided. Section 11 of the Terms explains how we moderate and how decisions can be challenged.
Points of contact under the Digital Services Act
For users (article 12 DSA): legal@fishrift.com. Your message is read by a person, not only by an automated system.
For authorities of EU member states, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (article 11 DSA): legal@fishrift.com. We accept messages in English and Dutch.
Fishrift is a small enterprise under EU law. The DSA obligations for very large platforms and the additional obligations of articles 20 to 28 do not apply to us, but we offer users a free way to challenge our decisions anyway (section 11.6 of the Terms).
